APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday by the receptionist team by calling us at 202-659-8830. Our receptionists and other team members will aim to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. In the case of an emergency with your pet, please call us so that we can direct you appropriately depending on the situation.

EMERGENCY AND URGENT CARE

We have personnel on duty five days a week but do not have a veterinarian on premises at all times.  If you think your pet has a life threatening emergency, please call the office to let us know you are coming. If we are not properly staffed we will refer you to the closest emergency hospital.

We also offer urgent care when the condition is not life threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get a regular appointment, our veterinarians may be able to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments or see your pet as a drop-off appointment. Please call us so we can discuss how to best meet your pet's needs.
